2016年6月17日FCC認(rèn)證(美國聯(lián)邦通訊委員會)發(fā)布文件KDB 640677-RADIO FREQUENCY LED LIGHTING PRODUCTS,文中規(guī)定所有LED燈具的無意發(fā)射評估需按照FCC Part15B標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行,該要求不適用于白熾燈、熒光燈、氙氣燈等傳統(tǒng)照明技術(shù)的燈具產(chǎn)品,傳統(tǒng)照明燈具產(chǎn)品仍需按照FCC part18標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。

This KDB publication clarifies how the FCC rules apply to these products, and outlines manufacturers’ responsibilities for controlling interference. This publication does not address older legacy lighting technologies such as incandescent, fluorescent, and high intensity discharge (HID) lighting products.

In most cases, RF LED lighting devices employ either an independent or an integrated electronic driver that operates at RF frequencies similar to those used in digital electronic products. As such, RF LED lighting devices are subject to the Part 15 rules for unintentional radiators, and are subject to the “verification” equipment authorization procedure. These devices are required to meet the line-conducted and radiated emissions limits in Sections 15.107 and 15.109, respectively.
